Linda Hothem has been in the commercial property management business for more than 30 years. In 1987, Linda and her late husband, Ronald Hothem, started PACAM, a third party logistics company that operated the Oakland Foreign Trade Zone. In 1996, following Ron’s death, Linda took over the helm of both the logistics and real estate companies. In 2008, after 21 years of running PACAM, it was sold to Matson Global Distribution Services, a division of Matson Navigation.
Linda has won numerous Bay Area business awards, including the 2009 San Francisco Business Times Most Influential Women in Business. She has a Master of Arts Degree in Organizational Development from the University of San Francisco, a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Political Science from the Middlebury Institute in Monterey, and a Certificate of Hispanic Studies from the University of Barcelona.
Linda and her husband, Dr. Giuseppe Esposito, reside between Sausalito and Panama. She is the proud mother and stepmother of four adult children.
